Digital Products

All purchases made on our website are for digital downloads (eBooks). Once an eBook is purchased and delivered via email or direct download, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.

Exceptions for Refunds

We may issue a refund in the following rare cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.

• You received a damaged or unreadable file.

• A technical issue on our end prevented access to your purchase.
